Job Description Do you want to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on quality? We are now seeking a spackling specialist for our client Elitfönster AB in Lenhovda. As a spackling specialist, you work in a team where you together are responsible for processing and finishing wood components for further production. The work takes place in a paced workflow, where precision, tempo, and collaboration are crucial. Main Responsibilities • Spackling of wood components in the production line • Quality control and assessment of components • Identifying and correcting errors and deviations • Team collaboration where each step has a fixed pace You work with varying sizes of components – from small parts to, for example, door frames up to 2.30 meters – where the same pace and accuracy apply regardless of size. Qualifications We place great emphasis on personal suitability. For us, the right attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are at least as important as previous experience. We would like you to have experience from the wood industry or other manufacturing industry. Experience working in paced production is also a merit. As a person, you are organized, self-driven, and take responsibility for ensuring your work is completed correctly. You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a good work environment by being collaborative and helpful to your colleagues. At the same time, you are flexible and adaptable in a daily routine where conditions can change, and you have the ability to maintain focus and structure even in more stressful situations.
