We are looking for a sous chef who can take a leading role with responsibility for quality assurance and organization in the kitchen and à la carte as well as in event management/catering. You are a driven and goal-oriented person with great passion for your profession. We place great value on your personality and leadership ability to build successful teams. You are a stable and reliable person with high service awareness and good collaboration skills who sets high standards for yourself and those around you. To thrive, you need good structure, organizational skills, and a strong desire to develop. You must be accustomed to a high work pace and be able to take overall responsibility. You need a background in relevant vocational training and at least 5 years of professional experience and possess competence for all departments in the kitchen. B-class driver's license. It is meritorious to have longer experience, preferably in a leading position. The head chef John Nguyen holds main responsibility for the kitchen. The position is 100% full-time. The position is permanent after a 6-month probationary period. Palmgrengruppen is a member of Visita and applies collective agreements. Isaberg is a smoke-free workplace.
