Prinsen is now looking for a sous chef – a central role where you both cook at a high level and help drive the kitchen forward together with the head chef. Responsibilities: Lead and support cooks in daily operations. Manage mise en place, quality assurance, and service. Participate in menu planning and ingredient ordering. Be the head chef's right hand and take responsibility in their absence. Ensure that routines for hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency are followed. We are looking for you if you: Have solid experience from high-level kitchen work. Are confident in both leadership and practical kitchen work. Have structure, organization, and can inspire others.
