We are now seeking a Sous Chef who understands that every unforgettable hotel stay begins with a fantastic first impression that carries through every guest interaction. As part of our kitchen team, you will help create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests. As an important member of our kitchen staff, you will prepare delicate, high-quality dishes while contributing to menu development and ensuring that dishes are presented in the best possible way. Your Responsibilities: Prepare dishes in accordance with established procedures, routines, and profit objectives. Daily organization and planning for à la carte, lunch, and dinner. Maintain good communication with your immediate supervisor and other members of the work team. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward colleagues and guests. This is a 100% position with a start date by agreement but no later than August 17. The position includes breakfast and lunch shifts, but evening and weekend work will also occur. Experience from education in gastronomy and restaurants, formal culinary training and work experience from a kitchen Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and customer service Good communicator with an eye for detail Comfortable with multitasking and independent decision-making Responsible and driven Organized Bonus Points For: Extensive work experience from hotels, kitchens, or restaurants. Good at turning challenges into opportunities, switching between multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining high standards of work performance, even when challenges and difficulties arise.
