We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Sourcing Specialist with category responsibility for Capex (investments) who wants to create value through strategic procurement in an international and socially important operation. We are looking for you to work as a category manager at Fresenius Kabi. In this role, you will become a key person within the procurement organization and a valued collaboration partner for the business. You will primarily be responsible for the Capex category but will also have the opportunity to broaden your area of responsibility to other procurement categories over time. Work Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: · Drive procurement and purchasing projects within the Capex area · Conduct RFI and RFP processes · Be responsible for supplier negotiations and agreements · Prepare decision-making documents and analyses for the business · Work closely with project managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders · Contribute to the development and efficiency of procurement processes · Collaborate with international colleagues on global and regional initiatives The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You will manage several parallel projects simultaneously and help ensure that the business's investments are carried out in a business-like and sustainable manner. We are looking for someone with experience in strategic procurement and who preferably has worked in areas such as real estate, industrial investments, or technical project operations. We would like to see that you have: · Experience with strategic procurement or sourcing · Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint · Strong analytical ability and a structured work approach · Excellent communication skills in speech and writing · Good knowledge of Swedish and English It is a merit if you have experience with contract procurements or have a technical background, as it will be easier to keep up with discussions in the PMO group, but do not hesitate to apply if you don't have either of these, as I believe most things can be learned.
