For us, your development is important, and therefore we will always encourage you to use your knowledge and give you opportunities to develop through new challenges, training, and knowledge transfer. With us, you will have the trust to act with great freedom and personal responsibility, which together with good working conditions and mutual trust provides high flexibility and a good balance between work and private life. Requirements We are looking for someone who combines commercial thinking and strategic perspective with an inclusive and relationship-building approach. You thrive with collaborating across organizational boundaries and can create structure and momentum even when multiple perspectives need to be considered. To succeed in this role, you have: Relevant academic education in engineering or equivalent work experience. Experience in sourcing, supplier management, consultant staffing, or a similar operations-related area. Experience driving complex issues together with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience with commercial matters and business-oriented supplier dialogues. Experience independently driving assignments to completion and leading or coordinating others in the work.
