We are looking for an assortment and contract manager for the assistive devices business area (VO) in Malmö! The assistive devices operation is a business area (VO) within the administration of Psychiatry, Habilitation and Assistive Devices, responsible for all assistive device areas financed by Region Skåne. This includes assistive devices for people with mobility, vision, hearing, communication, and cognitive impairments, medical treatment aids, orthopedic-technical devices, and medication-related products. The Assortment Unit belongs to the order/logistics area and is responsible for order and material flow throughout the operation. This also includes the units for Customer Service, Operations Support, and Logistics. The Assortment Unit holds assortment and contract responsibility for the various assistive device areas and is responsible for assistive device guidelines. We lead procurement work and follow up on contracts, assortments, and guidelines to ensure that Region Skåne's patients receive the right products. We currently have a total of nine assortment and contract managers. Your closest colleagues all have healthcare education as their foundation and may belong to different professional categories such as nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, and audiologists, which creates a dynamic group. Expertise is shared between professional categories to strengthen delivery reliability to patients. The unit actively works with transparency to promote employee participation. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for a new colleague for a parental leave substitute position for approximately one year. As an assortment and contract manager, you are responsible for both strategic and operational work within your assortment area, which in this position includes medical treatment aids for respiratory care. You are the link between the assistive devices operation, healthcare, and the supplier market. This means you are responsible for coordinating procurement work, implementing the contract, and conducting ongoing contract follow-up in close collaboration with the procurement officer. You also actively contribute to business development and work on improvements related to the prescribable assortment provided to Region Skåne's patients. You are responsible for ongoing assortment work, which means further developing the assortment, collaborating with prescribers, and preparing materials for financial follow-up. In addition, you conduct market monitoring, ensure good register management, and manage supplier contacts. The work takes place in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The operation is based on LEAN philosophy and has created a structure where all employees participate in local pulse and improvement meetings. These meetings address deviations and improvements based on established processes. The perspective is customer-centered, where the customer is primarily the prescriber and the end customer is the patients. There is an opportunity for remote work up to two days per week when the operation allows. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed nurse or physiotherapist, biomedical engineer, or have other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and since the work is performed administratively, good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, primarily Excel, is necessary. It is advantageous to have clinical experience, experience working with medical-technical equipment/respiratory aids, and good knowledge of MDR and regulations applicable to the current product area. If you also have experience in procurement, purchasing, and contracts within public operations, as well as contact with suppliers, that is a plus.
