About the Role As a waste sorter in your city, you work with sorting, separating, and preparing materials for recycling at recycling or waste facilities. The role is practical, important for the circular economy, and suits you if you enjoy physical work, attention to detail, and making a concrete difference in everyday life. What You'll Do Receive and inspect incoming material for sorting Separate materials and remove contaminants for recycling Follow and maintain safety procedures and use personal protective equipment Work in shifts and contribute to a stable workflow Document deviations and report workplace safety or quality issues Collaborate with colleagues to optimize the sorting process Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the workplace clean What You Bring Basic work experience from warehousing, recycling, or similar physical work Knowledge of and ability to follow safety regulations and work procedures Any local certifications or training are a plus (e.g., forklift certification) You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type We have opportunities for full-time, part-time, or hourly/seasonal work — salary and employment type are shaped in conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and the match to the workplace.
