We are looking for someone who wants to be part of providing good care and support to our residents. In your role as an assistant nurse with us, you have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our residents based on a person-centered approach. You work carefully and professionally in collaboration with the rest of the team and in close contact with our residents. This also means working for good cooperation with other professions and family members. Main work tasks are: Meeting residents' individual care and support needs, carrying out delegated healthcare services as provided under the Healthcare Act, documentation, and service tasks. QUALIFICATIONS Care and support program or nursing assistant training. It is meritorious if you have experience with dementia and elderly care. You are comfortable documenting and using various systems needed in the work. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as the work involves contact with residents, family members, documentation, and review of information related to the work. It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation. A class B driver's license is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment form: Summer job / Vacation work. Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
