You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Because of you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together. About Villa Vallonen Villa Vallonen has 54 places with a focus on dementia care, distributed across 6 units. We place great emphasis on activities and outdoor time, both in groups and individually. We prepare our own food based on our concept "Food like home." Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and person-centered approach through Dementia Academy. Unit managers: You have a manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. Animals in care: We work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us: - are drawn to work that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience working in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
