You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care worker, you play a key role in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who work closely together. About Polhemsgården Polhemsgården in Solna consists of 80 apartments with a dementia focus, of which five are short-term and respite care units. Polhemsgården has nature and gardens as its profile. Time outdoors and activities in nature, parks, and gardens are natural parts of our daily life. We work with different nature themes throughout the year. We have nurses on duty 24/7. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and communication through Silvia hemmet. Unit Managers: You have a manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the facility. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant/care worker. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, as well as good computer skills.
