Humana Sockerstan is a care home for those in need of somatic care or dementia care. Working Hours and Employment Type: Day, evening, and weekend shifts. Summer internship. You will document daily and handle any incidents. Together with colleagues, you will distribute work tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as registered nurses, rehabilitation personnel, and on-call nurses. Examples of Work Tasks: Be the contact person and responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans Receive medication delegation from registered nurses Carry out fun activities Handle documents and incident reports Who Are You? We are looking for you – someone who is a team player, a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are familiar with documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is an asset, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook. We are looking for you who: Are trained as a nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is advantageous if you have: Experience working within elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience in privately operated facilities A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
