About Home Care Services
Humaniora home care is the municipal home care provider in Solna. We operate between 7am-10pm with separate day and evening shifts. We also have services at night from 9pm-7:15am. Day staff start around 7am and work until 4:30pm at the latest. Evening staff work between 4:30pm-10pm. Night staff work between 9pm-7:15am and work in pairs with a colleague. You work on a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend.
We have a total of seven teams and offices at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1, Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta, and Fridenborgsvägen 9 in Solna.
What does the role involve?
Humaniora home care provides care, support, and services to our customers in their homes. This can include taking walks, cleaning, or shopping, as well as helping with meal preparation according to their wishes and assisting with personal hygiene. You will maintain continuous written documentation. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are comfortable with this type of work. The job also involves contact with customers' family members. Pets may be present at our customers' homes since we work in their homes. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, and Life Care mobile care.
We are looking for you who
Are a nursing assistant or have ongoing studies in care and health (e.g., nursing or other healthcare professions)
Can use a smartphone as a work tool
Have fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Have mobile Bank-ID
We consider it a merit if you have
Previous experience working in elderly care, preferably in home care
Can cycle
Driver's license (Category B)
As a person, you have good judgment, work well with others, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are thorough and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strengths is the ability to listen and be receptive to the other person. You are someone who likes to take initiative.
