Apply today for your chance to work in home care services in Solna Municipality this summer! About Home Care Services Humaniora home care is the municipal home care provider in Solna. We operate between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM, divided into day and evening shifts. We also have night operations from 9:00 PM–7:15 AM. Day staff start around 7:00 AM and work until 4:30 PM at the latest. Evening staff work between 4:30 PM–10:00 PM. Night staff work between 9:00 PM–7:15 AM and work in pairs with a colleague. Work is on a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend. We have a total of seven teams with offices at Lövgatan 45 in Råsunda, Björnstigen 99 in Bergshamra, Hannebergsgatan 27B in Skytteholm, Förvaltarvägen 21 in Vasalund, Bredkilsbacken 1, Storgatan 26 in Huvudsta, and Fridenborgsvägen 9 in Solna. What Does the Role Entail? Humaniora home care provides care, support, and services to our clients in their homes. This can include, for example, taking walks, cleaning, or shopping, as well as assisting with meal preparation according to their wishes and helping with personal hygiene. You will maintain continuous written documentation. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are comfortable with this type of work. The work also involves contact with clients' relatives. Our clients may have pets since we work in their homes. We use systems such as Phoniro Care, Life Care planning, and Life Care mobile care. We Are Looking for You You are a nursing assistant or have ongoing studies in care and health (e.g., nurse or other healthcare profession) Can use a smartphone as a work tool Mastery of Swedish, spoken and written Have mobile Bank-ID We Consider It Advantageous If You Have Previous experience working in elderly care, preferably in home care services Can cycle Driver's license (Category B) As a person, you have good judgment, work well with others, and can adapt to changing circumstances. You are thorough and well aware of goals and quality standards. One of your strengths is your ability to listen and be receptive to others. You are someone who likes to take initiative.
