About the Position At Humana Atlasvägen and Vasallparken, we work with a person-centered approach – every senior's wishes and needs are our priority. As a summer intern, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our seniors. Together with colleagues in a positive work environment, you make a difference every day! Working hours: Schedule with varying work times (day, evening, weekend, and night) during June–August. Employment level: 75%-90% Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement. Start date: 25-05-01 What Does the Role Involve? As a care worker with us, you get a varied and rewarding job. Your work tasks include: Planning and carrying out daily tasks together with your colleagues. Documentation and handling of any incidents. Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to provide the best possible care and support. Are You the One We're Looking For? We're looking for someone who is a team player with a big heart and a sense of responsibility. You enjoy collaborating, but can also take your own initiative and work independently. It's a plus if you have experience with person-centered work, and we believe you're good at building relationships and keeping spirits high in all situations! We're looking for someone who: Is trained as a nursing assistant or care worker with experience in care work. Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
