Together with other team members, you work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. About the Unit Nytida Astagården is located in a very scenic environment in Kungsbacka, surrounded by a lovely garden. The residence is divided into two units: an LSS residence with 6 apartments and a SOL residence with 19 apartments. Currently, we have sleeping on-call shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, weekend duty, and night shifts. Astagården serves adult women and men with mental health disabilities. This may include phobias/depression, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, psychosocial challenges, schizophrenia, or anxiety disorders. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our residents and offer care and security as well as joyful and meaningful days. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: • Have a positive outlook and strong commitment to people • Are responsible and have personal maturity • Enjoy working in teams and supporting your colleagues It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
