About the Position: We are now seeking summer substitutes for our operations located in central Nässjö. As a work supervisor, you work with people who have disabilities within LSS category 1 (individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions). Additional diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, Tourette's, and behavioral issues may also be present. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. The role of work supervisor also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
