We are looking for you who can step in where you are needed most, when it is needed most. If you work at least 80% for 8 weeks during the period June 15 to August 23, you will receive a bonus of 8,000 kr in addition to your base salary. If you work at least 90%, the bonus is 9,000 kr and for full-time work 10,000 kr. To be eligible for the summer bonus, you must be scheduled during your summer temporary position and you cannot be absent more than 2 occasions of maximum 4 days each. (VAB does not count) The bonus applies to both hourly and monthly paid summer temporary employees. Welcome with your application! Work Tasks Home Care In home care work, you usually work alone helping people in their homes so they can manage their daily lives. When you work in home care, you receive a schedule showing who you should help, what time, and what you should do. Usually you drive a car, but it also happens that you walk or cycle to the person you are going to help. Documentation is part of the work tasks. Home Care Night Shift In night shift home care work, you perform services in people's homes on scheduled visits but also respond to alarms. Documentation is part of the work tasks. Your Profile For work in the above activities, it is desirable that you have completed one of the following educations: • Assistant Nurse • Care Assistant Other equivalent education and/or experience is a merit. To fit and thrive in the role, you need to be interested, stable, and have communication skills. You have a positive attitude, are easy to cooperate with, and adapt based on individuals' needs and situations that may arise. Your treatment is characterized by commitment, attentiveness, and a willingness to work with people. In order to communicate with our customers and to be able to document, good proficiency in the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement. To be eligible for employment, you must have completed Swedish primary school or alternatively have approved grades from SFI D. You need to have good technical skills as our work tools are digitalized. Driver's License B and driving experience are a requirement at these workplaces. In elderly care, work is distributed across all days of the week. We expect you to be able to work both weekdays and evenings and weekends. Night work occurs in certain activities.
