Bäckbacka As a nursing assistant or care aide during the summer at our senior living facility or in our home care services, you become an important part of our residents' daily lives. You work close to people's needs, contribute to their sense of security, and create a caring and respectful environment. In your work, you meet each individual with warmth, attentiveness, and respect, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and well-received. Job Description In the role of summer substitute, you are an important part of creating security, support, and care in the residents' daily lives. You work person-centered and in close collaboration with colleagues to contribute to a pleasant, secure, and well-functioning environment. The work is varied and includes both personal care, social support, and contact with family members and care personnel. Your work tasks include Personal care and daily support. Delegated health and medical interventions such as medication administration. Documentation in operational systems Support with activities and initiatives The position is a summer temporary role for the period June–August, with good opportunity for continuation. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who: Has experience working in elderly care, home care, or similar Is fluent in Swedish in speech and writing Feels comfortable documenting and using basic digital systems Has a calm and respectful manner and works person-centered Enjoys collaborating and takes responsibility in daily work It is a merit if you are a trained nursing assistant, but it is not a requirement.
