Microsoft 365 is a central part of this work and is widely used across the organization for collaboration, communication, and productivity. The Solution Lead M365 role involves overall responsibility for the platform, with a focus on creating structure, direction, and long-term value. Background The need for coordinated governance and further development of the M365 platform has increased as the organization grows and demands for effective collaboration, license management, and cost control intensify. As Solution Lead M365, you'll become a key person in ensuring that the platform is utilized optimally, is cost-effective, and develops in line with business needs. About the Role As Solution Lead M365, you're responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing Jula's Microsoft 365 environment. You work both strategically and operationally with a focus on setting direction, driving improvements, and ensuring that the platform creates business value. You'll be part of an engaged and cohesive team with extensive experience and strong camaraderie. It's an unpretentious group that values collaboration and well-being. You'll have many contact points throughout the organization and discuss solutions that you and your colleagues within the field then distribute among yourselves. You'll work closely with both business units and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet organizational needs. Your Mission In the role, you're responsible for leading and prioritizing work within the M365 area and ensuring that the platform develops in a structured and needs-driven manner. You act as an advisor in selecting solutions and contribute to ensuring that technical decisions are well-anchored in the business. You also work on developing, configuring, and improving solutions within the platform and ensure integration with other IT systems. You drive improvement initiatives and identify optimization opportunities, with a focus on both efficient use and cost-effectiveness. You ensure that decided measures are implemented and followed up. The role also includes guiding and supporting team members and consultants on technical issues related to the platform. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 in larger organizations and a good understanding of how the platform's different components fit together and can be used effectively. You're accustomed to translating business needs into sustainable solutions and have experience with licensing and cost optimization within M365. You master both Swedish and English well in both speech and writing and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and change-intensive environment.
