The role of Solution Lead M365 involves overall responsibility for the platform, with a focus on creating structure, direction, and long-term value. Background The need for unified governance and further development of the M365 platform has grown as the organization expands and demands for effective collaboration, license management, and cost control intensify. As Solution Lead M365, you will become a key person in ensuring that the platform is utilized optimally, is cost-effective, and develops in line with the business's needs. About the Role As Solution Lead M365, you are responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing Jula's Microsoft 365 environment. You work both strategically and operationally with a focus on setting direction, driving improvements, and ensuring that the platform creates business value. You'll be part of an engaged and committed team with extensive experience and strong cohesion. It's an unpretentious group that values collaboration and well-being. You will have many contact points across the organization and discuss solutions that you and your colleagues in the field then distribute among yourselves. You work closely with both the business and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet the organization's needs. Your Assignment In this role, you are responsible for leading and prioritizing work within the M365 area and ensuring that the platform develops in a structured and needs-driven manner. You act as an advisor in selecting solutions and contribute to ensuring that technical decisions are well-anchored in the business. Furthermore, you work on developing, configuring, and improving solutions within the platform and ensure integration with other IT systems. You drive improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization, with a focus on both efficient use and cost-effectiveness. You ensure that decided measures are implemented and followed up on. The role also includes guiding and supporting team members and consultants in technical questions related to the platform. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 in larger organizations and who has a good understanding of how the platform's various components fit together and can be used effectively. You are accustomed to translating business needs into sustainable solutions and have experience with licensing and cost optimization within M365. You have strong command of both Swedish and English in both speech and writing and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and change-intensive environment. You are driven and proactive, see opportunities for improvement, and take initiatives to develop the platform.
