As Operations Manager, you hold a leadership role for operations personnel and are ultimately responsible for the operation and maintenance of properties at Sollentuna Centre.
Manage and lead daily operations and maintenance of assigned buildings
Lead and coordinate ongoing and planned repairs and maintenance work
Procure, manage and coordinate projects and monitor their progress
Responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements are met, including fire safety
Ongoing tenant relations
Establish operations and maintenance budgets and perform forecasting and monitoring
Monitor and analyze statistics regarding media consumption
Responsible for operations optimization such as indoor climate, energy consumption and operating hours
Building technical and plumbing installation technical matters are an important part of the work, as our properties have many different technical systems.
The work includes responsibility for efficient operations and monitoring of fault reporting, supervision and maintenance, analysis and action planning. You are also responsible for quality monitoring of subcontractors.

Important qualities At Sollentuna Centre, you will be in contact with many people—tenants, suppliers, contractors, visitors, colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for someone who preferably has experience in a similar role. You have several years of building technology experience and a strong interest in properties and technology. You have knowledge of technical installations such as ventilation, electrical, plumbing systems, control and regulation systems, as well as energy and climate issues. As a foundation, you have technical or property-oriented education from upper secondary school supplemented by vocational college or equivalent. You express yourself well in Swedish and have good computer skills.
