Vätterkraft AB is an electrical installation company based in Jönköping. We help private individuals, businesses, and housing cooperatives with electrical installations, solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging. We combine professional expertise with personal commitment and work toward safe installations and long-term customer relationships. We continuously develop our skills and work methods to meet our customers' needs—both today and in the future. We're now looking for you to contribute your knowledge and help develop Vätterkraft together with us. Selection and placement are ongoing. About the Position You will work on installing solar panel systems and be involved from planning and preparation through to completed installation and self-inspection. The work takes place primarily outdoors and at heights, where safety and quality are always the focus. Your responsibilities include: Installing fasteners, mounting systems, and solar panels according to work orders, drawings, and installation instructions. Installing and removing fall protection according to instructions and safety procedures. Planning work steps and preparing the right tools, equipment, and materials. Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling customer visits based on weekly planning. Performing and documenting self-inspections and addressing errors and deficiencies. Investigating deviations together with relevant parties and contributing to improved work methods. Maintaining customer relationships and identifying needs for additional services. Maintaining tools and equipment and keeping the work site clean and organized. What We're Looking For You have practical experience with installation work and can work independently. You enjoy outdoor work and are comfortable working at heights. You are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have good collaboration skills and a professional approach. You hold a valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission vehicles. It is advantageous if you are a certified solar panel installer.
