About the role as a temporary worker with us
We're looking for temporary staff who want to brighten the days of our wonderful residents!
We're seeking people who want to work as hourly employees in care and support. We're not looking for a robot – we're looking for a human being with humor, warmth, and a bit of grit!

We're looking for you who enjoy being a temporary worker at our fantastic operation. No two days are the same here. One moment you're helping with morning routines, the next you're solving the world's problems over a cup of coffee or taking a walk in the sunshine.
We're looking for you who:
· Have your heart in the right place (and decent patience).
· Can offer a smile, even if it's raining sideways outside.
· Are flexible – sometimes we call faster than you can say "coffee break".

Work tasks: Help with daily chores, provide reassurance, and act as a part-time conversation partner.
The job is about supporting people in their daily lives, joining in on activities, and making sure life runs as smoothly as possible. If you enjoy laughing, are reliable when it counts, and want a job where you truly mean everything to another person, then we're looking for you.
Qualifications
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements: That you like people. And that you're okay with being called "a real angel" at least three times per work shift. Plus a B-class driver's license and experience in care and support. A nursing assistant or care assistant certification is preferred but not required. That you can respond when we text or call you because we need a colleague. That you genuinely want to come and work with everything that entails in care and support!
Education level, preferably nursing assistant or care worker certification, but many years of experience is also good.
B-class driver's license
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

Role: Temporary worker
Employment type: Hourly
Degree of engagement: Part-time to full-time
Work schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts
Start date: Now, or when we agree on a start date
Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.

About the recruitment process
Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record register together with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you will need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting an EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
