I'm a cheerful and thoughtful 35-year-old woman living in my own apartment in Falun. To make my everyday life work, I need the support of personal assistants, and now I'm looking for you who wants to be an important part of my life. My days look different. I enjoy watching films, doing crafts, and taking short car trips with my assistants. On days when it works for me, we also go to my daily activities. For me, personal assistance is about so much more than practical help. I'm looking for someone who wants to get to know me, build a trusting relationship, and be there in both the small and big moments. When the personal chemistry is right, my assistants become an important part of my everyday life, and many have chosen to stay with me for a long time. What will you help me with? You'll help me with things that make my everyday life work, such as: - personal care - dressing and undressing - cooking - household chores - activities at home and outside the home - creating a calm, safe, and predictable everyday life. Who are you? I believe you are a calm, warm, and safe person with a lot of patience. You have a good sense of humor and enjoy building relationships. Most importantly to me is that I feel you genuinely enjoy being with me and that you really care about me. If we get along well together, we'll have a wonderful everyday life. You will become part of a great team where many have worked for a long time. We help each other, support one another, and want everyone to feel good. I feel most comfortable with female assistants. If you have experience with autism, that's a plus, but your personal qualities matter most. The Position I'm looking for someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule. Work shifts are 24-hour shifts from 09:30–09:30, and we always work with double assistance. This means you are two assistants together during each shift. To work with me, you need to: have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written have a B driver's license be comfortable with dogs.
