We are now seeking personal assistants for a female customer who lives on Hisingen/Biskopsgården About the Role of Personal Assistant As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your work essentially involves assisting the customer so she has the conditions to live the life she wishes. Work Tasks Your responsibilities include personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housework, meal preparation, or assisting with activities inside and outside the home. We're Looking for You If: We're looking for someone who is responsible and enjoys working with people. Experience working in personal assistance is a plus. We especially welcome applications from women. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training for the role of personal assistant. About the Position The schedule consists of split shifts: 07:00-09:00 and 16:00-22:00 on weekdays when the customer is at day services. Weekends: 07:00-13:00 and 13:00-22:00. Salary and other employment terms are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
