This is a full-time position with permanent employment and an initial probationary period.
Job Responsibilities
Seeing how Bråruds operators work independently with CAM preparation in the office in Sunne is something the owners are really proud of. There is a family-like atmosphere here and the opportunity to learn CAM preparation even if you have only programmed in the machine before, provided you know what you're doing. We are now seeking a production employee who wants to become part of Bråruds Mekaniska AB and join the continued journey.
Here, products are manufactured and renovated with high precision, and customer service is the focus. We are seeking both lathe operators and milling machine operators. This is a workshop job where you alternate between operating the machine and programming in the office.
We Are Looking for You If
We are now seeking someone with experience in operating, setting up, and programming machines, as well as fine-tuning your own work. You should be able to read technical drawings and are welcome to be familiar with CAD, but above all, you should be eager for more responsibility and to develop both as a team player and technically with regard to programming and problem-solving on the machine. If you enjoy figuring out clamping solutions and often have good ideas when it comes to technical problem-solving, you might be the person we are looking for.
To fit in with the group, it is important that you have professional pride, take responsibility, and enjoy working together with others. We also want you to contribute ideas on how we can develop and improve production to continue evolving.
