Job Responsibilities
Seeing how Brårud's operators work independently with CAM preparation in the office in Sunne is something the owners are truly proud of. There is a family atmosphere here and an opportunity to learn CAM preparation even if you have only programmed in the machine before, provided that you know what you're doing. Now we are looking for a production employee who wants to be part of Brårud's Mekaniska AB and join us on this continued journey.
Here, products are manufactured and refurbished with high precision and customer service is in focus. We are looking for both lathe operators and milling machine operators. This is a workshop job where you alternate between running the machine and programming in the office.
We Are Looking for You If
We are now looking for you who have experience running, setting up, and programming, as well as fine-tuning your own work. You should be able to read drawings and it would be great if you are familiar with CAD, but above all you should be eager for more responsibility and to develop both as a team player and technically in terms of programming and problem-solving on the machine. If you like to think about clamping solutions and you think you often have good ideas when it comes to technical problem-solving, you might be the one we're looking for.
To fit in with the group, it is important that you take pride in your craft, take responsibility, and enjoy working together with others. We also want you to contribute ideas on how we can develop and improve production to continue growing.
