Complete your internship/LIA with us at OnePartnerGroup in Gothenburg! About the Position We offer you an internship where you'll be involved in and work with the entire recruitment process. You'll have a unique opportunity to follow the daily work of a Consultant Manager and Candidate Coordinator, and learn more about the staffing and recruitment industry in practice. With us, you'll gain a broad understanding of the entire process, from needs analysis to job placement. The internship will primarily be connected to our staffing assignments within warehouse, logistics, industry, and transport, where you'll gain insight into how we work to attract, match, and place the right candidates with our clients' operations. We work with recruitment and staffing of both collective employees and salaried staff, and are now seeking one to two interns. Your internship will begin with getting to know the organization and our various functions, such as Candidate Coordinators and Consultant Managers. You'll also receive an introduction to our systems, services, clients, and ongoing projects. During the internship period, you'll work with varying tasks including CV review, candidate screening and matching, phone interviews, interviews, and reference checks. This will give you good insight into how we create successful matches between candidates and clients. Your internship should be planned for fall semester 2026 and last at least 8 weeks. The internship will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. We consider any projects/exams you'll be writing during the internship period and adapt the schedule accordingly. Your internship must be connected to your current studies or assigned by, for example, the Swedish Employment Agency. Please indicate in your application when your internship is scheduled.
