About the Customer Company We are seeking Production Personnel who want to work extra for our customers operating in the manufacturing industry throughout the Skaraborg region. Job Responsibilities You will work as part of a team and your tasks will vary depending on the assignment you are working on. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, it is an advantage if you are comfortable with physical labor. You need to be flexible and able to step in and start working with short notice when needed. Perhaps even the same day. A requirement is that you can work days during weekdays. Needs apply only to weekdays as weekend work does not occur at the work sites. You must be a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Background and Personal Qualities It is desirable if you have completed practical training or have worked in the industry previously, but it is not a requirement. The main thing is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are advantages since public transportation does not always align with work hours. You are thorough and can maintain a high pace when working. You have high work ethic and a positive attitude towards work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. About Us FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing company focused on the industry. We provide personnel for temporary placement and recruitment. We work locally and always strive to hire personnel with in-demand skills as close to the customer company as possible. This position is a temp-to-hire arrangement, which means the possibility of employment with the customer company after the placement period.
