About the Role As a software engineer, you will work on developing embedded software for advanced motor control systems in larger ride-on products. The focus is on brushless motors (BLDC), control systems, and displays. You'll be part of a team developing a new platform for electrified products. The work spans from early development phases to finished products, meaning you're involved every step of the way – from idea to production. In this role, you will, among other things: Develop and program embedded systems in C Work with motor controllers, control systems, and displays Participate in developing architecture for new systems Test and verify functionality both in the lab and on finished products Debug, measure, and optimize software in practical environments The work is both practical and analytical – you won't just sit at a desk but also be out testing products, both indoors and in the field. Travel is part of the job, both within Sweden and abroad. Your Profile We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have a strong interest in technology and enjoy working close to the product. You're curious, structured, and have an analytical mindset. We're looking for: Several years of embedded development experience Very strong programming skills in C Strong interest in embedded systems Fluent English, spoken and written Driver's license (Category B) It's a plus if you have: Higher education in a relevant field Swedish language skills, spoken and written Hobby projects in programming are considered very valuable.
