You are a trained teacher or have another relevant education focused on youth, leadership, or coaching. Experience in mentoring, homeroom teaching, or student support work is a plus. You have exceptional commitment and drive. You create safety, structure, and a conducive learning environment, and you are a role model for your students. You coach and inspire students to reach their goals. As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, loyal, and attentive. The position is 60-100%. Start date August 10, 2026. Fixed-term employment. Your responsibilities Mentoring for a program (three classes). Monitoring students' development, results, and attendance.
