About the Job We are looking for you to be part of our work team. Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center consists of conversation therapists, exercise therapists, and occupational therapists, which means opportunities to work in teams with specific expertise in patients with complex care needs. Our service area includes patients from Samariten Health Center. You have the opportunity to meet your patients in person or digitally based on need. We strive to maintain high availability and good care quality. Our objective is short-term treatment over a limited period. Reasons for conversation contact within primary care can be: - Depression or low mood - Crisis - Stress, exhaustion reaction - Anxiety or worry - Grief - Psychosocial problems - Sleep problems Group treatments can occur with you as the sole therapist. Continuous CBT-focused supervision every other week by an external supervisor. You will be employed at Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center, but placement in another location may occur. About You We wish that you have university education that is considered relevant in relation to the job tasks. CBT competency level 1 or other evidence-based therapeutic method with level 1 is meritorious. You should be experienced in conversation therapy treatments and making your own assessments. We would appreciate it if you have broad professional experience, preferably with experience in somatic and/or psychiatric care and the ability to work flexibly. The work requires that you can work independently and take your own initiatives. Previous work with similar issues is meritorious. If you have a professional license, it is preferred.
