Social Worker/Manager
Based in Växjö. Located at two consolidated sites with minimal travel required.
We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in the form of a Social Work degree; a social worker's degree is REQUIRED, along with work experience from similar positions.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with children.

We are seeking a self-directed and flexible social worker/manager with commitment and a positive attitude for our operation in Småland and Blekinge.
Job Responsibilities: Initially a shared role as manager and as a social worker/contact person. The unit is growing, which is why this role is divided. Over time, as the unit expands, the manager role will become more dominant. As manager, you will be responsible for the license from IVO. As a Social Worker/Contact Person, you will be available to guide and provide support through individualized assistance in daily life. You will be the contact person for a number of clients whom you meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may include trauma treatment, crisis management, and conversations regarding violence/situation for increased understanding. Practical support may include, for example, transportation, contact with authorities, doctor's visits, identifying activities such as internships or work, and promoting good health through exercise. Provide the individuals living in our apartments with increased confidence in their own abilities and greater independence.
Administrative tasks such as social documentation and development of implementation plans.
