Villingsberg's HVB is a group home with 5 beds located between Örebro and Karlskoga. We work with girls aged 14-19 years with destructive behavioral issues, psychosocial, psychiatric, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. We work with individualized approaches based on cognitive behavioral therapy in our treatment work. We are now seeking a social worker/treatment pedagogue who wants to work with a focus on giving each individual girl the opportunity to develop based on her needs and conditions. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of building supportive relationships with humor, self-awareness, clarity, and warmth, and who recognizes the girls' strengths. You should be a safe and clear adult who can establish boundaries, structure, and guidance for young people with comprehensive care needs without escalating conflicts. You are driven, organized, and have the ability to easily adapt to emerging situations. You have knowledge of clarification techniques, low-arousal approaches, conversation methods, and previous experience working with this target group. The target group is challenging with complex issues, which means you must be confident in handling acting-out behavior. Job Duties Your tasks vary based on each individual's plan and needs, which requires you to be flexible and solution-oriented. Tasks include treatment conversations, social skills training, daily activities, contact with social services, family, school, healthcare, and other public institutions, as well as documentation. Scheduled working hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Requirements: - Social Worker/Treatment Pedagogue or equivalent - Experience in similar work - Driver's license (Class B) We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
