About the Workplace Ersta Diakoni operates two protected housing facilities for women who have experienced violence. The services serve different target groups but share a common mission: to provide support and protection and create conditions for a life free from violence. Ersta Opportunity is a protected housing facility for women who have experienced violence and simultaneously live with substance use issues. We do not require sobriety during placement. The work is conducted on assignment from and in close cooperation with the social services. With us you will meet women with different experiences and needs. The work requires both professional knowledge and the ability to build trust, while at the same time you need to be able to set boundaries and contribute to a safe and secure environment. You will become part of a work team with clinical social workers, treatment assistants, and social pedagogues who work together around the residents. About the Role As a clinical social worker, you have special responsibility for the social work around the women for whom you are a primary contact. Each woman is assigned two contact persons, a clinical social worker and a treatment assistant, who work together based on her individual needs, circumstances, and the assignment from social services. In this role you are responsible for, among other things: planning and following up interventions based on the assignment from social services hолding structured support conversations based on the woman's experience of violence establishing implementation plans, monthly reports, and closing reports providing socio-therapeutic support in contacts with authorities, healthcare, and other actors providing support in daily life and during crisis reactions handling emergency placements during ongoing work shifts contributing to information transfer and documentation within the work team We work using environmental therapy and use everyday situations as part of the change work. Therefore, the work also includes creating structure and content in daily life, participating in activities together with the residents, and performing certain practical tasks in the housing. In our work we use, among other things, motivational interviewing (MI), low-arousal approaches, and an approach that strengthens the woman's own resources and ability to influence her situation. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and every third weekend according to a rolling six-week schedule. The position is full-time. Who Are You? Work at a protected housing facility is both qualified and close to everyday life. We therefore believe that you will enjoy alternating between conversations, documentation, and contact with authorities and being present in what happens at the housing. Your Experience To be qualified for this role, you need: have a degree in clinical social work have experience working with people who have experienced violence and/or people with substance use issues have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is meritorious if you have experience working with comorbidity and knowledge of MI, low-arousal approaches, or other relevant methods within violence and substance use.
