Social Worker. Based in Malmö. The work is located at two consolidated sites and travel during working hours occurs. We see that you have relevant post-secondary education in the form of Social Work education; a social work degree is REQUIRED and work experience from similar assignments is meritorious. It is an advantage if you are experienced working with children. We are looking for an independent and flexible social worker with commitment and a positive attitude for our operations in Scania. Job Responsibilities: As a Social Worker/Contact Person, you are available to guide and provide security through individual support in daily life. You will be a contact person for a number of clients whom you meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may consist of trauma processing, crisis management and conversations regarding the violence/situation for increased understanding. Practical support may for example consist of transportation, contacts with authorities, doctor visits, identifying activities such as internships or work, promoting good health through exercise. Give the individuals living in our apartments increased confidence in their own abilities and increased independence. Administrative tasks such as social documentation and preparation of implementation plans. Practical work related to move-in/move-out and ongoing during the placement.
