Security Coordinator for Team-OSS About the Employer Team-OSS operates sheltered housing and supported housing services for individuals living with protection needs due to, among other things, intimate partner violence, honor-based violence, and other serious exploitation. We are now seeking an experienced security coordinator who wants to make a real difference for people in vulnerable life situations. Job Responsibilities · Coordinate the client's care and implementation plan. · Serve as a contact person with the client's referral source, social services, police, healthcare, schools, and other collaborative partners. · Conduct risk assessments and security planning. · Document according to applicable legislation and the organization's quality standards. · Provide support and guidance to clients during their stay. · Participate in the development of the organization's security work and procedures. The position involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues. Qualifications Requirements · Bachelor's degree (180 credits) such as a degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent higher education. · At least 2 years of experience working with victims of violence or in protected housing. · Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. · Good documentation skills. · Valid driver's license (Category B). Merits · Experience from social services work with intimate partner violence (VINR). · Experience as a security coordinator or coordinator in protected housing. · Knowledge of intimate partner violence, honor-based violence, trauma bonding, and mechanisms of violence. · Experience with risk assessments using FREDA, PATRIARK, SARA:V3, and SAM. · Training in BRA conversations, Conversation on Freedom, or equivalent. · Level 1 training. You have strong collaboration skills while also being accustomed to working independently and making well-founded decisions.
