The Assignment
As an SAS with us, you are responsible for ensuring that the care of elderly people and people with disabilities is of good quality and legally secure. With a broad mandate, you are responsible for leading comprehensive systematic quality work. The role coordinates and drives the development and improvement of quality. The role requires cooperation, mutual dialogue, and an approach that makes it easy to do the right thing.
The assignment includes:
Ensuring that the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services for Certain Disabled People (LSS), and other relevant regulations are followed in your own authority
Responsibility for Lex Sarah investigations in cases of misconduct or risk of misconduct
Analyzing deviations, complaints, and feedback
Developing and updating procedures, governing documents, and quality management systems
Maintaining and developing structures for learning and feedback
Being an expert and providing support on questions of legal security, documentation, and authority practice to managers and staff
Preparing an annual quality report
You work independently and in close cooperation with managers within authority practice, method developers responsible for leading changed work methods and individual-based systematic follow-up, and other quality assurance roles.

What you need to bring
Requirements
Social Work degree
Several years of experience handling individual cases within social services authority practice
Good knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to implement it in practice
Experience in a management role
Merits
Experience in a quality assurance role
Experience from multiple activities within social services and care
Experience in change management and implementation of new work methods

Healthcare and Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique cooperation between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The assignment is to meet the needs of municipal residents for healthcare and care. KSON thus has unique conditions to seamlessly meet residents' needs for efficient comprehensive solutions and is governed by a board of trustees with elected representatives from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.
KSON has agreements with many providers and also manages care and services in-house through the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget amounts to approximately 4.8 billion kronor and we currently have approximately 120 employees, primarily with procurement, ownership, and authority assignments in the administration.

Norrtälje Municipality is part of a Finnish administrative area and we view it positively if you speak Finnish or speak one of the minority languages or another language.
We are looking for you who have the competence to contribute to our operations regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, ethnic background, religion or other belief, sexual orientation, or disability.
For this role, the starting salary is normally between 48,000 - 55,000 kr depending on experience and qualifications.
Upon permanent employment, a trial period may be applied.
