We are now looking for an engaged and driven Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS) where you will work with operational development in the field of quality management. WORK TASKS As a Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS), you have overall responsibility for quality and legal certainty within social services operations. You work closely with management and operations and contribute to developing methods that ensure that interventions are carried out with good quality and in accordance with applicable legislation. In this role, you are a strategic support to managers and employees and have an important function in contributing to the development of the administration's systematic quality work. You also coordinate work on deviations, complaints and Lex Sarah, and serve as an expert in matters concerning the Social Services Act. Of course, you are also an important part of our transition to the new Social Services Act and what we call the welfare transformation. The position of SAS is part of the department for quality and operational development, where medical supervisors and other operational developers are organized. The department's employees report to the administrative director. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent relevant higher education, and who has experience from social services operations. You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act, the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments, the Health and Medical Services Act, SOSFS 2011:9 and Lex Sarah, as well as experience in quality management and development work. You have a good ability to plan, prioritize and work efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve set goals. You also need to be communicative and have a very good ability to build trusting relationships and collaborations. Category B driving license is a requirement as well as good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Employment form: Permanent employment.
