To the investigation unit, we are now recruiting a social worker who wants to contribute with commitment, knowledge, and care in meeting children, young people, and their families. As a social worker at the investigation unit, you work with investigations and follow-up of open interventions for children and young people aged 0 to 20 years, who for various reasons need support and protection from social services. Your work includes, among other things: conduct investigations in accordance with applicable legislation, primarily SoL and LVU follow up and coordinate interventions based on the child's needs use proven methods and assessment tools, such as ERASOR, iRiSk, ADAD, and BBIC cooperate with external actors, both authorities and people in the child's network An important part of your work is to strengthen the child's participation and ensure that the child or young person is heard throughout the entire process. With us, you meet children and young people in different life situations – it can be young people with disruptive behavior, children who have witnessed or been exposed to violence, or who live in families where there are psychiatric diagnoses or substance abuse issues. On the unit, we work in two teams. We have good collaboration and support each other in both big and small matters. We invest heavily in development and work environment.
