Together with your colleagues, you will perform the work tasks traditionally assigned to investigations of children and youth. You will primarily work according to the Swedish Social Services Act (SoL) and Compulsory Care of Young People Act (LVU). You will investigate and assess cases based on risk and protective factors in accordance with the BBIC structure. You will work in a group with both junior and experienced social secretaries where we emphasize providing each other with collegial support in social work. We place great emphasis on transparency and integrity, as well as ensuring that children, youth, and their families feel involved in the investigation process. Challenges and Opportunities We need your positive drive and commitment as we are on a transformation journey with the transition to the new Social Services Act, which you will contribute to. Within the unit, we actively work toward politically set goals of reducing the number of investigation days and reducing the number of placement days by expanding network-based work and exploring various family-based solutions. What You Need to Bring Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Social Work - You express yourself well in speech and writing - Knowledge of the Social Services Act, LVU, and other relevant legislation Merits - Experience with authority responsibilities within social services - Training in BBIC, Signs and Safety, and experience with Motivational Interviewing. The work group has good collaboration, great openness, and a supportive atmosphere. We support and help each other in assessments and decisions. As a social secretary, in addition to regular case meetings and case reviews with your team leader, you will have continuous external supervision. Type of Employment, Scope, and Start Date Type of Employment: Permanent Scope: Full-time Start Date: November 1 For this role, the starting salary is normally between 35 000 - 43 000 kr depending on experience and competence.
