JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Social Secretary We are now seeking a social secretary for secondary investigation, one of our specialty teams that works with investigating recurring concerns about children and young people. The team consists of case handlers with different backgrounds and experience—a team that provides good conditions for systemic work and accessible support for families. As a social secretary with us, you will: • Conduct BBIC investigations according to the Social Services Act and Care of Young Persons Act • Work with leveled investigations and specialty teams according to our work model • Accompany colleagues at meetings and home visits to ensure safety, quality, and work environment • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions for children and families • When needed, provide services during the investigation period and work with treatment providers in the investigation • Contribute to the development of our working methods and implementation of RBM (risk, need, and responsivity) with a focus on children being included You will receive support from team leaders, colleagues, and a comprehensive introduction program. We also offer internal training and mentorship for new employees. Requirements: • Degree in Social Work (Socionomexamen) • Good ability to make structured and legally sound assessments • Ability to work independently with investigation processes according to the Social Services Act and Care of Young Persons Act • Good collaboration skills in cross-professional teams • Excellent communication skills in speech and writing • Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive matters forward in a sustainable way Meritorious: • Experience in investigation work with children and young people • Experience with MI or other structured conversation support • Experience working within social services authority functions Include references in candidate evaluation QUALIFICATIONS Social Worker degree or equivalent.
