Description Do you want to be part of developing work with placed children? We are now seeking two social workers who want to be involved as we build a new way of working and take the next step in our social services. Responsibilities As a social worker, you follow the child over time and work closely with the child, foster family, guardians, and other important people around the child. You have an important role in keeping the work together and ensuring that the child is listened to and receives the support needed. With us, you work together with Backa Barnet coordinators, residential care homes, foster families, and the child's private network. We want to get closer to the child, make use of the people who are important to the child, and ensure that public authority functions and support work better together. The new social services act also gives us reason to rethink how we work. We want to be more preventive, accessible, and work in a way that makes a real difference for children and families. Here you can be part of influencing how that work should look. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a social worker, confident in your public authority role, and enjoy collaborating. Experience working with placed children is meriting, but we are primarily interested in you who are engaged, curious, and want to develop the work together with us.
