We are now seeking a Social Secretary for the LSS and Social Psychiatry team, where you will become part of a skilled work group of six colleagues and an engaged team manager. JOB DUTIES As a Social Secretary, you work with investigating, assessing, and making decisions about interventions primarily according to the Act on Support and Services for Certain Persons with Disabilities (LSS) but also the Social Services Act (SoL). You will also follow up on and reassess granted interventions as needed through our structured goal-oriented work. You will have contact with service users and their relatives, and work closely with the team manager, other social secretaries in the team, and colleagues in the department and social administration. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults within the target group. People with, among other things, intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury in adults, physical disabilities, and psychiatric disabilities. Many individuals have multiple disabilities and comorbidities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has a degree in social work or equivalent education that we assess as equivalent. • Has experience working as a Social Secretary within LSS. • Has excellent knowledge of legislation concerning LSS and the Social Services Act, as well as other relevant legislation in the field. • Has very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have: • Experience in authority administration within social psychiatry. • Worked in the Treserva system. • Worked in IBIC. We are looking for someone who works structurally and prioritizes your work well. You are considerate and demonstrate good collaboration skills with a pragmatic focus on the organization's shared goals. You need to be able to work independently and drive development initiatives in the field. You are stable and handle stressful situations constructively. Additionally, you have good interpersonal skills and find it easy to build relationships with different people with a professional demeanor in focus. We place great importance on personal suitability and that you fit well into the team.
