About the job We are seeking a committed and responsible social worker for the Adult Unit, Substance Abuse and Addiction at SF Southwest. We consider it a merit if you have experience in authority administration, preferably within substance abuse and addiction. We also consider it a merit if you have previous experience in planning and implementing interventions, documentation and follow-up of interventions, and collaborations with external actors such as healthcare and corrections. You need to be someone who takes responsibility for your work and always puts the individual in focus. You also need to have the ability to build trust and good relationships, which is crucial in your meetings with individuals in difficult situations.
