Social Secretary for the Addiction Team - Temporary Position

Our unit has 13 employees including a unit manager and team leaders who work with authority functions for adults, including harmful use and addiction as well as relationship violence. Now we're looking for a colleague to join the Addiction Team. We have good cooperation with the addiction clinic and close access to support resources, such as alcohol and drug therapists, budget and debt advisors as well as housing social services. This allows us to work with low thresholds and quickly provide the right support to our clients. We are now seeking a temporary replacement until 2027-02-26. Your role As a social secretary with us, you work with authority functions for adults and get an important role in: Motivating and supporting clients towards change Conducting investigations and making decisions according to the Social Services Act and the Act on Care of Addicts in Certain Cases Following up interventions and helping clients towards a stable life situation Handling driving license and LUL statements We work based on evidence-based practice and use standardized tools such as ASI and Ubåt for investigations and follow-up. Your competence and experience For this position, you must have: Bachelor's degree in Social Work We consider it meritorious if you have: Training in ASI and MI Experience with investigative work within social services We're looking for someone with inner stability and the ability to remain motivated despite obstacles until results are achieved. You are structured in your work approach and have the ability to be flexible. You have good collaboration skills and can cooperate with different parties.
