The Social Services Sector includes 4 operations: special housing/municipal health and medical care, individual and family care, ordinary housing/personal assistance, and disability services. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Our current Social Secretary with responsibility for housing issues will be on parental leave. We are now looking for their successor. Could you be the person we're looking for? You will be part of an engaged and experienced work group consisting of a Senior Social Secretary, four Social Secretaries working in adult authority, a VIN Coordinator, a Social Secretary for housing issues, and a Social Administrator for housing. The unit also includes a sociomedical clinic with four treatment staff. As a Social Secretary with responsibility for housing issues, you will assess housing needs based on social secondary agreements through the municipality, based on applications and our guidelines. We have good relationships with our municipal landlord, but would like to expand our contact network with private landlords in our catchment area. We have several social secondary agreements. We have special programs for young people, called youth agreements, and we collaborate with the City Mission in Gothenburg on Housing First. You will follow up on the housing intervention where the long-term goal is to strengthen each person's ability to manage their situation and live an independent life. Our work is characterized by trust in people's ability to develop and that goals for change can be achieved with the right support at the right time. The unit also offers various outpatient services consisting of a sociomedical clinic where you can receive outpatient treatment and Åbacka Crafts and Garden which offers rehabilitative employment. We also work closely with the Support and Livelihood Unit. The group has a good collaborative climate. Work within IFO Stenungsund is characterized by solidarity, cooperation, and humor. We work in the Lifecare management system and use, among other things, ASI as an assessment method. We are a work group interested in a common value foundation for our work as well as quality and method development. Therefore, we offer competence development that matches the requirements of the position. QUALIFICATIONS As an applicant for the position of Social Secretary with responsibility for housing issues, you must have a degree in social work or what the employer considers equivalent education. We would like to see that you have experience working with housing issues. You should be interested in developing this area in collaboration with landlords and other cooperation partners. Experience working with the target group and with authority-based work is a merit. You have a solution-focused approach and a positive attitude, and you see the value of collaborating with others so that each person has access to the right support for their unique situation. A class B driver's license is required. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: start in November 2026.
