The Adult Unit is responsible for exercising authority for people aged 18 and over who have harmful substance use, addiction and comorbidity, as well as for individuals with sociopsychiatric issues and people seeking support due to intimate partner violence. We have also recently taken on responsibility for exercising authority regarding housing assistance. The Adult Unit is divided into an investigation team and a reception team. The unit has many experienced social workers and present and supportive management. Method support occurs every week in group sessions and you receive case supervision with one of our two senior social workers adapted to your needs. We also have external process supervision. We strive to be a social service at the forefront, and we see collaboration with our service delivery units as a valuable foundation in our work, which is also reflected in the structured development work underway. Since we have employees who have moved on to other positions within our organization, we are now seeking a new sociology graduate colleague in the role of social worker in reception with a specialization in intimate partner violence. WORK TASKS As a social worker in the adult unit and reception, you work with conducting qualified reception, investigation and follow-up work for our entire target group. In reception, you handle safety assessments within the framework of LVU and LVM as well as risk and safety assessments for people exposed to intimate partner violence. You will work with the full scope of reception work together with your close colleagues. The focus of your position will be exercising authority regarding intimate partner violence, both in the acute phase and in investigation work going forward. You work independently but also in collaboration with colleagues and partner organizations, always with the client in focus. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (Socionomexamen). • Class B driver's license. • You must have strong command of Swedish in both speaking and writing and you enjoy writing. Meritorious: • Experience of several years of work with authority exercise in the adult sector or child welfare, particularly in the area of intimate partner violence.
