The Social Services Administration is responsible for providing support, care and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) and the Health and Medical Care Act. This can involve providing elderly people with a safe and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with functional limitations or being there for children, young people and adults in vulnerable life situations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a social secretary who will work with investigations and follow-up of interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Care of Drug Abusers in Certain Cases (LVM). Working as a social secretary with us means that you will investigate needs and make decisions about assistance and interventions for people with substance abuse, addiction and people with comorbidity. Beyond administrative authority, collaboration both internally and externally is an important part of the work. You will work closely with clients and service providers and be involved in developing individual solutions for those with the greatest needs. The work group consists of five social secretaries specializing in substance abuse and addiction, as well as four social secretaries specializing in social psychiatry, two housing coordinators, two development leaders, reception and one unit manager. Several of our employees have long experience in the profession, which means you will receive an introduction and an opportunity to grow into the job. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a social work degree or equivalent education that the employer deems appropriate. We would like you to have prior experience with administrative authority, as well as experience with the target group of people with substance abuse, addiction and the ASI investigation method. Knowledge of the Lifecare business system is a merit. An important quality is your ability to collaborate and build good relationships both internally and with external actors. You are curious, solution-oriented and have a desire to contribute to the group's development work. You should have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You should have good knowledge of applicable legislation and experience with investigative work. Great weight is placed on personal suitability as the work places high demands on collaboration skills, social competence and flexibility. Salary form: Monthly salary.
